How it works
- Define a discount type once — its value, its rules — and assign it to any customer.
- Every time it's used, the system deducts from what's left automatically. No mental arithmetic at the till.
- If a service would push a customer's discount below zero, the system flags it before you complete the sale — so staff can decide how to handle it, instead of finding out afterwards.
What you get
- Reusable discount programs
- Per-customer balance tracking
- Negative-balance guardrails at the point of sale
- A clear view of what any customer has left, any time
Good to know
Discounts are assigned to customers individually — there's no bulk "apply to everyone" button today, by design, since most loyalty deals are personal (a regular, a referral, a one-off gesture).
